Hey Gang,
Is there any chance a blackmouth troll out of Kayak Point Park could in a Kayak could produce a bite?

Yes, without question.
I would troll the shoreline at first light with a small cut plug then try the 90' line with a white 4oz PT. Wilson Dart when the light comes up.
Bounce the bottom with the jig and stay on top of it to keep a vertical line angle.
Darts work best when they can fall on a nearly slack line. Good luck!!!
