AREA 7 Chinooky
Posted: Mon Dec 14, 2015 5:31 amNeed some guidance on where to go in area 7 to fish for winter blackmouth. This will by my 1st time in the San Juans and I do not want to lose gear or waste time. Any hints are much appreciated! 
Not sure where you live, but you might want to come check out the Fidalgo - San Juan Islands chapter of Puget Sound Anglers. Each month we have a guest speaker, and a club member presents "How to fish this spot." We meet the third Tuesday of each month 6:30 PM at Village Pizza in Anacortes. Link provided below. Tonight is our annual Christmas Party (no speaker). If you are not able to attend then send me a PM and I will send back with my phone number. There is a lot more info than just where to go... John Martinis has a book out that can be helpful, as well as some info on other salmon fishing websites. Good Luck
