We've found worms in the bellys of salmon in area 10 and this past weekend found our first in area 7.

How do you handle this? Do you check every fish or treat each one like it has them? If the latter do you freeze all fish first or over cook them a bit?

Welcome aboard Bill,
Mature chinook will commonly have some type of nematode parasitic intestinal worm and all it amounts to is a bit more caloric demand for the "host" chinook to feed his guts "guest".

There should be no intrusion into the flesh from this particular organism and no precautions that you need to take other than pre heating your barbecue. drool
