x2 for Bubba Blade.

Heard mixed reviews but decided only way to decide was to try one out. has worked great all year. keeps a great edge, only need to pass it across a steel a couple swipes every fillet session. I got the big one and was a little worried how it would handle small fish like a pink, but not worries, has worked great for everything from kings on down.

A close second would be a 8' Victorinox Fibrox breaking knife like this one.

it's a good knife but definitely needs more frequent steel work to keep the edge razor sharp.

Fillet Knives
Large Salmon-14" meat carving knife with a roound tip and 1 1/4" wide blade. Takes the fillets off of the sides of a slamon in seconds. Forschner

Smaller salmon-regular fillet knife. Dexter Russell, Kershaw, whaever you like.

Halibut-Extra thin Dexter Russell Fillet knife. Blade flexes to follow the bones and takes the meat off of the bones clean. Dexter Russell

Yo will have gto look at the knives and decide what you like the best. I agree with sharpening the blades with every fish. Use a diamond shapener-Dexter Russell is what I have.
