Neah Bay ?

Me and a couple buddy's will be fishing Neah Bay for the first time 08-12Aug. Primary target is kings, we'll be fishing out of a 25ft Whaler so the ocean is an option. Having never fished it before can anybody point us in the right direction? Should we plan to fish the ocean? How about Canadian side? Thanks for any replies.
