Ah, I know that area well. I had a buddy live just about where that pic was taken...years ago of course. I have lived two minutes from there my entire life..

Life at the Marina is great year around.

LOL.. It sure has changed over the years..not sure it's better either. There was some good fishing in that water not to long ago. We even caught 100"s if not thousands of salmon up and down that area (inside the marina) when I was a kid. Searun cutts would stack up like cord wood in there as well. Bobber and worms killed um! Rockfish, True Cod, Pile perch..man pretty sad to think how it has gone. There was 100,000 plus Blackmouth planted in the net pen there that help fuel the Blackmouth fishery this time of year. Was pretty good within a stones throw of pier. Lots of good memories on that hill where those condos are now....Great view!

They still plant fish in the pens. Mostly silvers which come into the Marina in late Sept and go in circles
