For the last few years I've been sharing recipes and techniques for the fishermen in our community on Bait2Plate.com. I like to think I've been able to offer some small degree of help in giving alternatives on ways to prepare your fresh catch.
However, I haven't been doing much for all the hunters out there. Well lately I've been working on a little project to correct that oversight.
