General Tso's Ling Cod

It took a bit of experimentation to get just the right balance of sweet, sour, and spice, so that this dish worked with ling cod, without overpowering it. I'm really, really happy with the final result.

Great sounding recipe, thanks for sharing. Looks like this would be great with halibut also. Like the idea of using vodka for the wet ingredient. Send us a private message with your address and we will send you some of this years spruce tip to experiment with.

Shelter Cove Lodge in Craig used to have General Tso's halibut on the menu and hot damn was it good . I'll have to give this lingcod version a try. It's sure to be a hit also!
