Deep Fry done easy!

Well, it's lingcod and rockfish already on the coast, halibut season will soon be upon us and if you've still got white meat in the freezer.. Well, it's time to make some room.

Do you like Buffalo wings? You'll love Buffalo 'But!!!

This might just cause a decrease in tartar sauce sales in the Pacific Northwest.

Nelly suggested doing the Franks Wing Sauce thing with leftover fish in some foil in the oven and I gotta tell ya, it's awesome. Good way to get a couple of meals out of your leftovers.
