Whacked some coho's in the harbor in Craig before I hauled the boat out for the season...

Tossed a slab on the grill with a Peterson Puck to add some smokey flave and a little Johnny's Salmon Seasoning and olive oil on the feesh thumbup

Hamburger buns, cabbage, onion, fancy mustard, tartar sauce, and the cheapest and only beer I could find in the fridge. Lunch is served and yes...I ate all three of them :shock:

It was so frickin good Pat. Cooked the salmon just right to medium rare...my gawd it was good man drool

Ate all three, way to go porky....I am pretty sure if they are that good and the fact that it's Salmon, Nesticle could eat a whole 6 pack. I'm going to give that little tastey meal a try... thumbup
