Nelly,
I, along with my father and brother, talked to you at the boat show about your pot puller. I have a 28' duck and want to copy your design. I have a couple pictures of your design but no measurements. I've talked to Renaissance Marine Group but they aren't interested in selling your design to the "after market". Do you have any build directions or videos about your puller design.

Are you a Duckworth hardtop owner?
Then installing the "Nelly Puller" shouldn't be too tough.

Here's a shot of the roof-mount installation location of this TELESCOPING ARM which is 2" square-tube aluminum inside of 3" square tube. Note that the interior cabin in NOT penetrated, only the rear "Brow" so there's no possibility of a leak.


The aft view showing the rope pathway (Note the use of a larger mooring line instead of a thinner pot line for photographic clarity)


The guts of this system is the INCREDIBLE Nillson Sea Winch and here's the ordering link:

Finally, the telescoping arm is shown retracted or in it's stowed position.

Look closely at the pic with the James Nillson CH 400 winch picture and you'll see the ordering link with the stats but here they are:

The CH 400 will pull 80 pounds steadily at 78 ft/min while drawing only 15 amps.

I've been using mine for 8 years now pulling crab pots, shrimp pots and halibut anchors and it shows no signs of slowing down one bit!
