First, a disclaimer: Although I am aware of this product and have heard good things about it, I've never personally used it.
This post is about my recent conversation with Clint Bland, the owner of Sharkhide Co.
I originally emailed a question to Sharkhide about my North River Seahawk. Mr. Bland not only responded to my email, he called me. During the conversation he answered all of my questions and encouraged me to call him anytime, 7 days a week. He gave me his home phone and business number.
He was emphatic about wanting people to personally get in touch with him to answer questions and concerns.
As I said, I'm not trying to pitch this product. I mention it because I have rarely received this type of customer service.
