I have a 567ci Humminbird that worked last time out but is now reading all sorts of depths. I am thinking transducer problem. Not sure what went wrong as it worked last time out. Any help?
Now on my other fishfinder/chartplotter which is a Lowrance 525c di the gps is not coordinating and hasn't since i installed it this last year when I bought the new Hewescraft. I tried initializing and it can't seem to find me or any satellites. Any help would be useful Thanks in advance. :?:

Hey RF,
First off, I feel for you and secondly, it may be time for some new gear...
Transducers are wear items, meaning that they don't last forever. One common scenario is a few drops of water find their way inside a crack in the plastic housing, ol' man winter freezes then thaws a few times chillpill yea... 'DUCER DOWN!!! bangheadwall

On the Lowrance side, I would definitely try a new GPS puck antennae.

Or, Ebay both units, get 'em gone and get a new Lowrance at the Seattle Boat Show.

One new GPS/Fishfinder is much better than two old ones!!! cheers
