Things are thining out at Des Moines. I nailed a nice blackmouth early but was one of the lucky ones. Seems like every couple of days a few nice ones are caught in route to the Tacoma boys

enjoy the few sunny days we have left

I thought yesterday's A 11 blackmouth opener might produce a surprise or two....
No such luck huh??? It's not out of the realm of possibility to find a late, late chinook is it?
We found one in A9 last week and it looked like it was heading your way!

Dam, I knew we should have gone back out today.
We went yesterday and it seemed really dead at Redondo.
It was such a great summer there, though, I've been hoping to get one more shot next weekend.
If you were there yesterday, you must have caught my fish...70 has been our magic number too. :D
