With all the good reports up I thought Id post my crappy one. Fished from 11-2pm today lookin for silvers and all I got was shakers. Fished high and low out deep and in shallow draggin an ace high. Ton of boats in the area. Saw 1 net fly. Got windy so I left. Lame I know.

I fished the same area with my Dad today. Ace Hi Fly on one rod, green spatterback hoochie on the other. We limited by 9:00. The hoochie caught them all. The Ace Hi Fly never got touched. All fish were caught at 55 feet.

We picked up 3 coho during the evening bite and released 1 king. Old School set-up won again: Cut Plug herring on an 8 oz lead or 17 feet down on the Cannon. Missed a couple of other solid take-downs. Largest was 8 lbs.

Typically the silvers have been a very early bite for us. Our best fishing is between first light and about 9 am.

I did the same thing Brandon... My girl and I went out after work yesterday and got skunked big time! We fished a couple of holes I like and just couldn't keep out of the salad. Worked around the Shipwreck and Picnic Pt. area with hootchies. A guy at the ramp said him and his buddy did well on Posession with coho killers. It was a little too windy but very warm... We cooled off with a couple of pints at DK. Good luck! G
