Possession Hooknose!

We had a pretty decent morning coho drill today on Possession Bar.
The Scatchet side produced the early bite while the east side, working toward the Shipwreck in the middle of the channel, cranked out the mid-morning action.
Silver Horde Ace-Hi Flies behind QCove Jim's Breakaway Flashers were the hot ticket and all fish were hooked trolling with the current.

Steve Keehn and Rich Mercado share a grin as the spunky coho rips out line!

Doggone it Kurt,
You give me a jab indicating you suffer from the same color-blindness as the Cantankerous Cougar and you want speeds and depths???

Well, ok... ;)

We kept our speed in the 3.0 MPH range plus or minus half a knot. We caught fish with 17 strips of line out to a five ounce sinker towing a cut plug and with as much as 100 feet of wire out.
Other productive wire counter numbers were 60, 75 feet and we were in water as shallow as 300 and as deep as 600 feet.

Hope that helps and good luck out there this weekend! Bring your sunscreen, you're gonna need it! 8-)
