Another Giant Low Rider!
Posted: Fri Aug 12, 2011 7:51 pmThere's been quite a few gagger halibut cruising the pinnacles offshore here lately. I released two halibut I estimated at 175 and 250 pounds a couple days back and today Barry Dikeman released this monster low rider while fishing aboard the Makai with Capt. Troy. Troy figured this granny was around 250 plus pounds and by the looks of the photo it could have gone bigger. One helluva fish and glad to see it swim off
