Posted: Tue Aug 02, 2011 5:05 pmI had a better day then yesterday, 3 takedowns for the morning, 2 down around President Pt on the 4" Irish Cream Spoon with the teaser tail but both got off! ( replaced the hook ). Trolled with 75 FT out on the DR in 100-120 FT of water.
Moved up to Appletree Cove, switched over to a red 11" flasher and a big g/g hoochie, outgoing tide, 1 solid takedown, great fight but managed to net a nice 16 LB King, gut was full of 6" herring.
