Consistent fishing on the Skykomish River

The Skykomish river has been very consistent over the season for the Kings and Summer Steelhead. Day in and day out it has been one of the best seasons in a while. My clients have been averaging four to six fish on per day and we had our best day last Monday hooking thirteen fish. We ended the day with six steelhead and two Chinook. This fishery will continue for the rest of July and I believe the fishing will remain highly productive. Each day we are seeing a nice push of fresh fish. They are very strong and put on quite a show when hooked up on the ultra light G-Loomis Rods! The fishing is good in Sultan around the Wallace River all the way to Monroe. Fish the inside seems and now that the water is dropping use a dime to nickle size bait, your choice of corky and yarn with shrimp or eggs. If you are looking to spend a quality day on the Skykomish now is the time. I have some open days over the next few weeks please give me a call.

Tight Lines,

That figures!
The year I decide to concentrate on the salt, the Sky blows up!
I still remember the great day we had fishing the opener with you and hope to jump in again soon!
Good job and keep up the good work... I know you'll have good water all summer long!
