Squid at Sea Crest park

The squid are back, Sea Crest park was great last night, bite started around 8:15pm. They seemed to be running in the upper water columns and not on the bottom. Pitch your lures out and let the weight drop a few seconds. Perform quick jigs with longer pauses in between did the trick. Each pitch out seemed to produce at least one squid starting around 8:15pm. Anglers at the dock said that the dock side that faces Seattle was the hot side and not the left side of the dock like last winter, after last night I agree. If you are looking for some fast fishing and some tasty squid a few short ours should produce great results.
