With less than a week to go in the season, there continues to be a push of early spring chinook into the area!

Pastor "Brimstone Dan" Espy of The Bridge Church in Snohomish enjoyed his day off aboard "Big Red", landing this dandy 14lb chinook this morning!

South Hat Island kicked out some fairly solid action today!

We had five chances and Tom Esterbrook made the most of his opportunity with this nice blackmouth.

I do hope that you behaved yourself with the pastor on the boat.

I have to agree with the Spudster:
Green to red label herring is the ticket!
Tobeck! That's the best thing about getting my Pastor "Brimstone Dan" into a fish: You get to misbehave!!! spy

Duane Morgison found his way out to Hat Island this morning and had one heck of a time!

Since he was all by himself, he had to stop after boating these two!

Dennis also noted that a good batch of bait was on the screen and he saw a few others caught too!
