Some of you out there know the feeling and it goes something like this:
"Hey! my clothes are shrinking".... Uh,...no...

According to the scale, I was expanding and there was no clothing shrinkage, hot water wash "laundry conspiracy".

My good friend Jeff Pahukoa turned me on to the Ideal Protein weight loss program, it's working and, in all honesty, it has not been all that difficult!!

Thanks for the plug Tom! You are rocking this program! clap clap

30lbs in a month - Wow! (And we both know that it's not WATER WEIGHT because we have the magic scanner to tell us what kind of weight you're losing.)

Men do so well on this weight loss protocol, I look forward to hearing from any of your Outdoor Line pals that want to get in shape for fishing or hunting season!
