I know you give a good description on posting pics but for me I keep getting file to big how do I make the file normal???

You need to drop the resolution on your photos to 72 dpi and around 600 pixels wide Pete. Photobucket.com is one way of doing this. ##it me a message if you have any problems.

You can also use Microsoft Picture manager to shrink the size of the photos as well.
